BreveCRM is an AI-powered customer relationship management platform operated by Empower AI Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"). Our website is brevecrm.com and our application is accessible at app.brevecrm.com.
We collect information you provide directly when you submit a customer-authorized lead form, use a provisioned account, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and message content. The public self-assessment on our marketing site runs in your browser and does not collect your answers or contact information. When you call our AI voice line, the interaction may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, and analyzed after appropriate notice and consent. Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may process standard request and security logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.
We use your information to provide and improve our CRM services, send follow-up communications related to your inquiry (including SMS messages, emails, and phone calls), create and manage your account, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We send automated SMS messages only where the recipient has provided the consent required for the applicable message and workflow. Messages may include inquiry responses, appointment coordination, or follow-up related to the recipient's request. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform, including Supabase (database hosting), Cloudflare (web hosting and security), Telnyx (SMS messaging), Resend (email delivery), and Retell AI (voice AI processing). These providers process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), row-level security policies in our database, and secure API authentication. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
