By accessing or using BreveCRM ("the Service"), operated by Empower AI Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BreveCRM is a managed customer relationship and automation platform that may include contact management, deal pipeline tracking, approved AI voice workflows, email or SMS follow-up, lead capture forms, and reporting. Exact features, integrations, usage limits, support, and deliverables are defined in the applicable order form or service agreement.
Accounts are provisioned for approved managed-service clients. You must provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of account credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), transmit harmful or malicious content, violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe upon the rights of others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
By using our SMS features, you agree to comply with all applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act. You represent that you have obtained proper consent from recipients before sending messages through our platform. You agree to honor opt-out requests promptly and include required disclosures in your messages.
Fees, setup charges, third-party usage charges, billing schedule, term, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are defined in the applicable signed order form or service agreement. Marketing-site prices are starting points and do not create an agreement to provide service.
You retain ownership of the business data you provide or create within the Service, including contacts, deals, notes, and communications. We do not claim ownership of your content. Export, retention, and deletion procedures at termination are governed by the applicable service agreement and legal obligations.
Our AI features, including voice interactions and automated analysis, are tools that may produce incomplete or inaccurate outputs. You are responsible for reviewing consequential outputs and maintaining appropriate human oversight. Marketing self-assessment scores and demonstrations are illustrative and are not benchmarks, professional advice, customer results, or guarantees of business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empower AI Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Empower AI Labs LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
